Enrolment & Payments

Automatic Rollover: Enrolment is on a per-term basis. Your place is automatically continued into future terms unless 2 weeks’ notice is provided before the new term starts.

Mid-Term Starts: Students can join at any time; fees are pro-rated for the remaining weeks of the term.

Discounts: We offer a 12% discount for each additional family member after the first who is enrolled. To qualify for this discount, fees must be paid before the due date.

Attendance & Make-Ups

Notification: To qualify for a make-up, at least 24 hours’ notice is required via email or the Student Portal. “No-shows” without notice are forfeited.

Allowances:
With holiday lessons: Up to 2 per term.
Without holiday lessons: 1 per term.

Expiry: Make-ups must be used within one month. Once a make-up lesson is booked, it cannot be rescheduled; if missed, it is forfeited.

Jungle Music & Music is Fun: No 24-hour notice is required for make-ups in these specific classes.

Teacher Absences & Class Changes

Substitutes: If a teacher is away, we aim to provide a substitute. If unavailable, a make-up will be arranged (these do not count toward your term limit).

Class Numbers: If class numbers drop, students may be converted to a shared private lesson (shorter duration) or moved to another suitable class.

Holidays & Online Learning

Holiday Lessons: We offer up to 2 optional holiday lessons per term and 3 during Christmas break to support consistent learning. These are included by default, but you may opt-out before invoices are issued.

Zoom Lessons: If needed (due to illness or lockdown), lessons will continue via Zoom and are treated as formal scheduled lessons.
